In 2020, fueled by a desire to transform the dietary experience for diabetics, Harsh Kedia founded “A Diabetic Chef.” This unique food company specializes in crafting and retailing zero-sugar confectionery, ranging from chocolates to spreads and gummies. The company’s flagship products, the sugar-free dark and white Belgian chocolates, have swiftly gained popularity, finding a place in over 150 stores across India and on 60 e-commerce platforms.

For Kedia, this venture is more than a business; it’s a mission to provide a one-stop solution for all diabetic needs. The journey from being a young chef with a penchant for pushing culinary boundaries to an entrepreneur addressing a vital health concern has been transformative.

Beyond the business realm, Harsh Kedia wears multiple hats that showcase the breadth of his talents. A TEDx speaker and author, he envisions his company not just as a provider of confectionery but as a comprehensive resource for individuals navigating life with diabetes.

The story of Kedia’s culinary odyssey began at the age of 8 when he first ventured into the kitchen. Despite the numerous restrictions imposed by his health condition, his passion for cooking only intensified. Notably, he showcased his culinary prowess as a contestant on Masterchef India Season 8, adding another feather to his cap.
