JEE Main 2023, Session 2 Live Updates: Next exam on April 11 at 9 pm

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2023, Session 2 is currently underway, and the next exam is scheduled to take place on April 11 at 9 pm. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the exam in four sessions this year, in February, March, April, and May.

The JEE Main exam is a highly competitive entrance exam for admission to undergraduate engineering and architecture programs in top engineering colleges in India. This year, over 10 lakh candidates have registered for the exam.

The exam is being conducted in a computer-based mode, with a duration of three hours. The paper consists of multiple-choice questions from physics, chemistry, and mathematics. There are 90 questions in total, with 30 questions in each subject, and each question carries four marks. For each incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted from the total score.

To ensure the safety of candidates during the ongoing pandemic, the NTA has taken several measures such as reducing the number of candidates per session, sanitizing the exam centers, and providing face masks and hand sanitizers to candidates. Candidates are required to follow all COVID-19 protocols such as wearing a mask, maintaining social distancing, and carrying a self-declaration form.

After the exam, the NTA will release the JEE Main 2023 answer key, and candidates will have the opportunity to challenge any discrepancies in the answer key within a specified timeframe. The final result of the exam will be announced based on the revised answer key, and candidates who qualify for the exam will be eligible for admission to various engineering and architecture programs in participating colleges.

Candidates who are preparing for the JEE Main 2023 exam should continue to revise the syllabus, practice previous year question papers and mock tests, and manage their time efficiently during the exam. With proper preparation and dedication, candidates can secure admission to their desired engineering or architecture program in a top college in India.

To help candidates with their preparation, the NTA has also released mock test papers on the official website. Candidates can take the mock test to get an idea of the exam pattern, the type of questions asked, and the level of difficulty. Additionally, candidates can also download the JEE Main 2023 syllabus from the official website to ensure that they cover all the topics thoroughly.

Apart from the JEE Main exam, candidates who want to get admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) also need to appear for the JEE Advanced exam, which is usually conducted a few weeks after the JEE Main exam. The JEE Advanced exam is considered one of the toughest entrance exams in the world, and only a handful of candidates manage to clear it.

Candidates who clear the JEE Main exam will be eligible to apply for various engineering and architecture programs in reputed colleges such as the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and other government-funded technical institutions.

In conclusion, the JEE Main 2023 exam is a crucial step for candidates who want to pursue a career in engineering or architecture. With proper preparation, dedication, and time management, candidates can secure admission to their desired program in a top college in India. Candidates should also take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety during the exam and follow all COVID-19 protocols.
