Thapar’s journey with Emcure began as the Chief Financial Officer, following a successful 6-year tenure at Guidant Corporation in the USA. Over time, her responsibilities expanded to encompass the management of Emcure’s largest business unit – the India Business. Her strategic acumen and visionary leadership have been instrumental in driving growth and innovation within the organization.
Ms. Thapar’s passion for women’s health and youth entrepreneurship is evident in her impactful initiatives. Amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, she launched “Uncondition Yourself with Namita,” a unique YouTube talk show dedicated to women’s health. This platform aims to deliver authentic information while dismantling stigmas and taboos surrounding women’s health.
